Seamless polyurethane flooring is a high-performance solution for demanding environments. Its flexibility lets it withstand sudden temperature changes, vibration and impacts without cracking, and its joint-free finish stops dirt and bacteria from building up.
We install it in the food industry, bakeries and food preparation rooms, commercial kitchens, cold rooms, wash-down areas, the chemical industry and spaces with constant moisture.
Why polyurethane
Flexible
It moves with the substrate and absorbs vibration without cracking.
Thermal
There are systems designed for high and low temperatures and for hot-water cleaning.
Hygienic
Seamless and joint-free, easy to clean and disinfect.

How we apply it
Mechanical preparation
We prepare the substrate to ensure good adhesion.
Levelling
We repair and level the existing floor.
Primer
We apply the right primer for each substrate.
System and sealing
We apply the polyurethane, self-levelling or multi-layer, and seal the finish, with an anti-slip option.
If the floor will not be subject to those stresses, epoxy resin may be more economical. From Viladecavalls (Barcelona) we work across Spain and on international projects.

Polyurethane FAQs
When is polyurethane better than epoxy?
When the floor has to cope with sudden temperature changes, vibration, impacts or constant moisture, as in the food industry, cold rooms or wash-down areas. Polyurethane is more flexible and withstands those stresses better.
Is it suitable for the food industry?
Yes: it is seamless, with no joints for dirt and bacteria to build up in, it is easy to clean, and there are systems designed for high and low temperatures and for hot-water cleaning.
