Catalana de Rehabilitació is a company with more than 35 years’ experience in building refurbishment and maintenance. We work on residential buildings, houses, industrial buildings, commercial premises and offices, for owners’ associations (comunidades de propietarios), private clients, businesses and public authorities.
Our office is at Camí de Can Sanahuja, 90, in Viladecavalls (Barcelona), and from there we work across Spain and on international projects.
What we do
We look after the building envelope – facades, roofs and terraces – and the problems that hit it hardest, such as damp and water ingress. We also carry out full refurbishments of buildings, homes and commercial premises, industrial and seamless flooring, and laser cleaning of facades, stone and metal.
How we approach our work
Diagnosis first
Before proposing anything, we look for the cause of the problem. Covering up the symptom is expensive: the damp or the crack comes back.
A solution for each case
We choose the system according to the substrate, how the building is used and its surroundings, not according to what we have in the warehouse.
