In hospitality, every day you are closed costs money, and there are no shortcuts when it comes to hygiene. We plan building works in hotels and restaurants for the low season, closing days or zone by zone, and we choose materials that withstand intensive use and are easy to clean.
What we do in hotels and restaurants
- Seamless, hygienic flooring for industrial kitchens, in epoxy resin or polyurethane.
- Refurbishment of lounges, dining rooms, receptions and guest areas.
- Outdoor flooring, terraces and entrances.
- Terrace waterproofing and roof waterproofing.
- Facade refurbishment and facade cleaning without water or chemicals.
Flooring for an industrial kitchen
It is the area that takes the most punishment: water, grease, cleaning products, knocks, trolleys and temperature changes. A seamless floor, with no joints for dirt to build up in and the right anti-slip finish, makes daily cleaning easier and reduces slips. That is what we did in the kitchen in the photos: we removed the damaged floor, prepared the substrate and laid a seamless floor.

From Viladecavalls (Barcelona) we work across Spain and on international projects.

Frequently asked questions about building works in hospitality
What is the best flooring for an industrial kitchen?
A seamless floor, with no joints for dirt to build up in, resistant to grease, cleaning products, impacts and temperature changes, and anti-slip. Depending on the use, we recommend epoxy resin or polyurethane.
Do I have to close my business during the works?
Not always. We plan the work zone by zone, in the low season or on closing days, and choose fast-curing systems where appropriate, so that your establishment is out of action for as little time as possible.
Do you also do hotel terraces and outdoor areas?
Yes: outdoor flooring, terraces and entrances, as well as terrace and roof waterproofing and facade refurbishment.
