An office has to work every day: people are working, clients come in and there is no room for building works that drag on. That is why, when we plan an office refurbishment, we think first about how your business will keep running while the work is under way.
We do everything from renovating a single floor to refurbishing the entire space, with a single person in charge who coordinates all the trades.
What we do in offices
- New layouts: private offices, meeting rooms and open-plan areas.
- Receptions and customer service areas.
- Ceilings, wall coverings, interior joinery and finishes.
- Flooring, seamless or with a decorative finish, built to withstand daily foot traffic.
- The building’s facade and roof, and damp repairs.
- Fitting out premises as new offices.

How we organise the works
Visit and requirements
We look at the space, how your team works and what needs to change.
Proposal, timescale and quote
We propose a solution, with an itemised quote and a fixed schedule.
Works in phases
If you carry on working, we divide the works into zones and leave the noisiest jobs for outside working hours.
Handover
We check each area with you, clean it and leave it ready to use.
From Viladecavalls (Barcelona) we work across Spain and on international projects.
Have a similar project?
We visit you, assess the building and give you a detailed, no-obligation quote.
Frequently asked questions about office refurbishment
Can we keep working while you refurbish the office?
Often, yes. We divide the works by area or floor, separate and protect the work zone, and leave the noisiest or dustiest jobs for evenings, weekends or holidays. We plan it with you before we start.
Do you take care of everything, including the building services?
We coordinate the whole project with a single person in charge: layout, ceilings, flooring, finishes and building services, so you don’t have to deal with each trade separately.
How long does an office refurbishment take?
It depends on the floor area and the scope of the work. After the visit we give you a specific timescale, together with an itemised quote.
