On this page we explain clearly what we do with your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
- Quote request form: full name, phone number, email address (optional), type of work, the message you write and the page you send it from.
- Contact by phone or email: the data you give us when you call or write to us.
- Clients: the data needed to prepare the quote, carry out the works and invoice them: identification, contact details, site address and billing details.
- Security: to prevent mass submissions of the form, we store your IP address in pseudonymised form (a code that does not reveal it) for ten minutes.
The fields marked as required on the form are needed so that we can reply to you. We do not ask for special categories of data and the website is not aimed at children under 14.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We do not use your data to send you advertising, and we do not make automated decisions or create profiles.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and quotes that do not lead to a contract: for as long as needed to deal with them and, at most, one year from the last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting and commercial records).
- IP address from the form: ten minutes.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. We only disclose it when the law requires it (for example, to the Spanish Tax Agency, Agencia Tributaria) or when it is needed to provide the service (for example, to the bank to process payments).
Some providers access the data in order to provide us with a service, under a contract that requires them to protect it and to use it only on our instructions: website and email hosting, and our accountancy and administrative advisers (gestoría). These providers are located in the European Union; we do not make international data transfers.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting processing carried out before. Write to us at evacatalanarehabilitacio@gmail.com or by post to our registered address, stating which right you wish to exercise. If we have doubts about your identity, we will ask you to prove it.
If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to requests is restricted to authorised staff and we keep our systems up to date.
8. Changes to this policy
If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and show the date of the latest update.
